  • When can I visit the main office? (*Office located at AAA Storage: 2420 S. West Temple SLC)

    Monday - Saturday: 9am to 2pm

    Sunday: Closed 


  • When am I able to access my storage?

    Sunday - Saturday: 6am to 10pm 

  • Do you have online bill pay?

    Yes. Pay from your office, home or anywhere else that you have access to the internet. You can even use your smartphone. Just have your account information and a payment source on hand.

  • What is drive-up access?

    Drive-up access allows you to pull your vehicle up to your storage unit. This is helpful to anyone, especially those who have heavier boxes or items to store. Instead of walking across the way, you can unload your vehicle and load up your unit within a few shorter steps. 

  • I want to store somewhere safe. Is your facility secure?

    Our high quality surveillance system has been helpful in maintaining a secure storage facility. Even when someone isn’t there to keep an eye out, our cameras are keeping track of any activity. Our gate also helps us stay aware of who comes into and out of our facility.
